A couple of problems with that eyepiece.
1. The top is so big, you can’t get your eye in a comfortable position.
2. Major blackouts
2. Major field curvature.
Hated it, sold it after trying it out. The 20mm ES 68 is a lot better in quality and easy to manage because of it’s smaller size, and your eye sits comfortably when using it. Meade failed on this one, but the 5.5mm Meade series 5000 WP is the best of the 5000 waterproof series.
Hi John I am buying my first telescope so I’m a beginner, I willing to spend up to 1000$ and I know it’s alot to spend but I want a telescope for photographing the nebulas, stars and different planets.
