I review my Meade refractor nearly 90 days after first light on March 17th. I’ll tell you what I like and don’t like about it.

The longer one goes on the lower axis
Had a chance to check one of these out at a Star Party, good build quality, good optics.
As you had it mounted in this video; I am only asking (I cannot tell), despite balancing the scope, diagonal & eyepiece to the counter-weight, did you by any chance happen to balance the scope diagonal & eyepiece laterally/horizontally against the objective (i.e.; by leveling and loosening the counter-weight shaft horizontally)?
Hi JOE, Looks like the scope does pretty well? The Kitties must be camera hogs? BE SAFE
I have the R8 reflector. LX70 series has very good scopes for their prices. Im agree with all your comments. The optics of these scopes is outstanding and the mount is solid as rock. Congrats for purchased this scope and enjoy it.
Greetings from La Paz-Bolivia!
Excellent video! I have been looking at specifications and reviews of this scope for the past 2 days. http://www.garrywatkinsonline.com
My goodness; that’s a lot of cats for one refractor.
the cats are photo bombing
The cables are put on wrong.
Thanks for your review. Do you know if this scope has a collimatable lens cell?
