Why isn’t “equatorials” mentioned? Because it’s a mount? Then What is “Dobsonians” doing there? It’s a Newtonian reflector on a alt-az mount.

Should I even bother making a purchase on a reflector telescope if my budget was around $ 500? Could you legitimately get a decent one for that price? Or do you have to start dippin into the thousand dollar range in order to get your moneys worth?

opt is a great business i ordered a telescope from them last march 6in f/6 newt and regret i didnt order from them sooner
